Carbon Intensity Data
This is the live data of the carbon intensity of our electricity at our Broughton Office.
Although we purchase renewable electricity from our supplier Octopus Energy, we're connected to the National Grid. This means we actually get a mix of electrons from all over!
The current carbon intensity is:
Solar PV Export
During January 2026, we exported 14.39kWh to the National Grid.
Additionally, our battery storage supported the local distribution network by adding 5.54kWh at times of grid stress. This helps reduce the reliance on very high carbon electricity generation and helps keep the lights on.
